The Bitter Kingdom
by Rae Carson
The final book of this delightful trilogy has ruined me. It's that gourmet meal you have that makes everything after sawdust.
Carson writes so well- clear, crisp, fresh. The writing (savoring it, that is) is the only thing that kept me from tearing through the book.
It's several adventures and many surprises. It's love and unexpected friendships. It's heartache and triumph.
It's impossible to put down. One of my favorite series of all times.
