I Believe in a Thing Called Love by Maurene Goo

3.0

When I read the premise about this girl following the steps that are seen on k-dramas I was sold.
Did I get what I wanted? Yes
Did I love it? Not really

I loved all the references to k-drama like I have seen like 80% of the dramas Maurene Goo mentions and I lived for it. I also liked our main character Desi and her story with her family and her dad is so cute. The thing was that idk why but I felt like the romance was a bit forced.
Don't get me wrong I didn't hate this book, in fact I enjoyed it and all the cute interactions and their little adventures with the graffiti and Luca was such a sweetheart.

I do recomend this book to all the k-drama lovers, knowing all of the drama scences Desi mentions makes the experience so much more fun and enjoyable.
