I read this while running on the treadmill and was surprised to really enjoy it. I know some reviews harped on "self-help-y" feel of some sections but to be honest, as I was sweating and close to dry heaving on the last mile or two I very much appreciated those "you kick ass and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise" sentiments in this book. I would have liked to learn a bit more about her personal life (she mentioned old boyfriends but what's up with her husband? How did they meet, what is their story?) but that just seems to be the pattern I have notice of comedians who write books-- it's oftentimes low on insight into their personal relationships. So be it.

Anyway, good running read.
