Don't You Cry by Mary Kubica

3.0

This had decent, subtle suspense. The characters weren't really anyone you felt for, with the exception of Alex. He was a good kid. His story was very sad and I'm really pissed how it ended. As for the ending, it was weak and pretty much lah-meh (that's French for lame lol.) I gave this three stars because I do like Kubica's writing, and it managed to keep me guessing until about 70% into the book. The pieces of the puzzle were interesting enough. I just felt it was flat at parts and....meh. Especially that ending...Meh!
