On Confidence by The School of Life

5.0

What a gem! This book while tackling Confidence, stretches smoothly on topics that are very well explained. For instance, it shed light on Idiocy and Confidence, illucidating how idiocy is part of human nature, there is no running away from it so might as well we accept it! Then it highlighted an issue that I personally encounter a lot; Imposter Syndrome, it clarifies how "The elite must also beneath a more or less polished surface" it reveals how the best solution to deal with the imposter syndrome is to take a leap of faith, that everyone whatsoever their position in life have their own anxieties and mishaps and that's okay.

Trust in the system, History is Now, Experience, Death , Enemies, Self-Sabotage and Confidence in being Confident are the high keys the book tackled.

I have truly appreciated, the flow and easiness in which such an crucial topic was written about. It was easy to read and understand and very much inspiring to follow and apply in real life.
