I powered through this book just to get all the answers, and not because I found it particularly enjoyable. By the time I did get all the answers, I no longer cared. I’ve also read Mad Honey, and found Plain Truth to be similarly formulaic. I generally don’t mind cheap entertainment, but prefer to consume that genre through movies or streaming. I can understand why people enjoy her books, for the cheap entertainment value, but I would rather binge Virgin River than spend 10 hours reading this flimflam. Maybe a beach book!
