Listened to the audiobook, and it was a bit too dense for me in that format- I feel I should read this one a bit more thoroughly sometime, and would recommend the physical thing over the audio option.
So my experience was less than the 5 stars I gave it, but whatever you can retain is still important. Just the stats/backgrounds on public transport and elder or youth care, and how that disadvantages women, or how women are perceived vs. men in terms of bossy/assertive, the interrupting thing- it’s just a lot in a condescended form, is all. That’s good writing, I suspect, just tough to follow if you aren’t 100% focused when listening.
Anyways, smash the patriarchy, elect women, you know what’s good. This book helps crystallize the issues.
