I loved this audio book SO much. The duet narration was everything. It had me LOL'ing through the text chains between the main characters and their friends. I wish the Vancouver Agitators were real because I think I might actually start watching hockey if they were!

Plot:
Ollie (21) is at a bar with friends and runs into her work nemesis, Candace. Candace is being a royal B and is now dating Ollie's first and only ex. Talk about B-move. She pretends that she's moved on by saying that she has a new boyfriend and walks up to a hot, single stranger at the bar and smacks one on him. Enter Silas, the pro-hockey, daddy of our dreams. Silas (31) is at the bar drinking over his awful ex-girlfriend who decides she wants him back. When all of a sudden, Ollie comes up and gives him the best kiss he's had in a while. They realize that this fake relationship could actually benefit them both and draw up a contract for their fake relationship. Ollie gets help with her college journalism internship by gaining access to a pro Hockey team. And Silas gets someone to get his friends off his back and keep his ex at arms length.

Writing:
I cannot say enough good things about the witty, hilarious writing of Meghan Quinn. She is just one of those authors who makes you feel like you are listening to your friends talk and has me laughing out loud the whole time. I was captured from the first chapter (talk about jump scare). Can't recommend this author or this book enough. One of my favorites of hers! This book was deliciously spicy and the jacob's shmadder was so fun hahah!
