I was surprised that this book was advocating a vegan diet, when the title didn't really indicate that at all. It didn't bother me too much, however, because there was still lots of good info to glean from the book. I got a kick out of the blunt and salty language and writing style used by the authors as well. I also thought their product recommendations were most helpful.
