A fantastic breakdown with applicable tools of the most effective modern parenting approaches. It simplifies neuroscience and psychology into helpful analogies for parent-to-child communication and helping to draw out understanding for the reader. I recognize a number of concepts from other books like Brain-Body Parenting, Beyond Behaviors, The Body Keeps the Score. But this book captures an even broader set of theories and tools to include mindsight and left/right brain developmental stages. This is the most comprehensive parenting book I've read to date.
