Blood Engines by T.A. Pratt
2.0
Only picked this one up because of miss Felicia day's review of the second book. While I love me some good urban fiction, this book felt poorly fleshed out and the operational parameters of the Magic in the world just seemed kind of.... thrown together. But, when Miss Day recomends something as heartily as she did book 2 in this series, I nerdily obey.
To it's credit It was a somewhat fun fast read, with some clever banter and alot of potential. The writing itself was very solid as well.
