I honestly expected this book to be a light hearted read similar to the movie Wizards of Waverly Place where Alex makes her family disappear. But this book was so much more than that. It was like a bad-ass version of Wizards of Waverly Place. There was love - and a love twist at the end -, there was blood, there was pain, and there was sadness.
It was like a small roller-coaster ride of emotions. I really liked it and would recommend. 4/5 stars!
