I hate to be the person who brings the average rating down for this book...I had such high hopes for reading it. Albeit I read it in one sitting instead of gradually or just opening the book for inspiration. I can completely relate to the title. As I get older, my younger self's penchant for planning life has kind of taken a backseat to see what life brings. I did enjoy the drawings and there were a few pages that resonated with me. I intend to share my book with friends and will encourage them to pass it around to other women who may feel like Alessandra or are maybe just entering a stage in their life where they need to know there are women out there who don't have it all together despite how it may seem. I am hoping to put it out in the world with each new reader adding, "My name is Michelle (fill in with reader's name) and I used to have a plan."
