So I’m DNFing this one. I bought it used paperback so I don’t know the percent but it is very early on
It’s insta love and I don’t normally have too much of a problem with that. It’s got solid world building.
It just felt *meh*. The hierarchy of vampires is not interesting to me. The whole low blood and high blood caste system feels silly.
And the insta love is more like insta obsession at this point but it feels very insta. I don’t feel any connection to these characters.
Honestly this could be that I’m not in the mood for this so take this review with that in mind. Maybe I will come back later. But this is not scratching the reading itch for me right now
