agathakr 's review for:
Peril at End House
by Agatha Christie
I really enjoyed this book although I kinda figure out who the killer was from almost the very begining. And I'm not one of the people that can easily guess an end, so I think that will be the case with a lot of people.
To me it was somehow clear when Freddie said that Nick is a liar. It just stuck with me till the end of the book. The newspaper and the fact that she didn't know Hercules Poirot, they were just a red alarm to me. Especially after Maggie died I definitely though she did it. But I'll say, the book made it that way, that in the end I though that I had figured it all wrong. I definitely didn't see all the other details (fake engagement, Freddie's ex ect.) , so that was fun to explore.
Overall a nice read, but not as good as some of her other books!
