An intense book that teaches you a lot, about how sister love almost outlives a life, about how you can re-find yourself and your joy throughout several times in life, about becoming your honest, true self might lead you to exactly that - joy and contentment- and finally about putting in the work to show up for yourself can be transformative. The writing is amazingly authentic and I loved how the female relationships were displayed as caring, nurturing and loving.
