The 15:17 to Paris: The True Story of a Terrorist, a Train, and Three American Heroes
by Anthony Sadler, Jeffrey E. Stern, Alek Skarlatos, Spencer Stone
Entertaining read about the three American heroes who stopped a terrorist attack on a train to Paris. Interestingly, these weren't three young men from well-to-do families doing a "tour" of Europe, but three men in their early 20s from hardscrabble backgrounds looking for somewhere to fit in. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about their journeys and hopes for the future and it gives me hope to know that there are people who would lay down their life for others without hesitation. They showed true courage, and I wish them all the best.
