NO OBNOXIOUS THIRD ACT CONFLICTS. That's what I want.
Besides that, and a slight dose of insta-lust, this was a really enjoyable and heartfelt story. Roni Loren always does a great job giving her characters unconventional struggles—a lot like Abby Jimenez but with less witty banter—and I love love love the way she reps mental health in her stories, realistic but never too overbearing.
p.s. can we talk about the cover????? It's cute, but it did nothing to prepare me for the criminal minds episode that this turned into
