i feel like all the accumulated romantic and plot tension totally dissipated in the last third of the book which is super disappointing. I think this has the potential of translating much better on screen. the picture of graham gore at the end was a bit of a fucking jumpscare i fully assumed he was a made up person and now i know that he isn’t i feel a type of way about it
