If you love fantastic Mr Fox and cozy mystery thrillers I think you will enjoy this one! At the begging our authors do bring up if it’s hard to imagine them as animals just imagine them as people with human traits but honestly my brain went straight to seeing them like the characters in fantastic Mr Fox and zootopia. The small town feel to this book was super cute and a perfect fall time read. I enjoyed this book but I’m not in love with any of our characters or wanting to know more as the series unfolds.
