The Paladin Prophecy
by Mark Frost
I have never been so at loss before. My feelings about this book are all over the map. When I was reading it, I loved it. Every time I put it down I didn't want to pick it back up again. It had so many layers, conspiracies and characters that at times things were hard to keep straight. There were angels, robot birds, little bugs that would burrow into your skin and reprogram you, mythical demons from the Never Was and protagonists with super powers. I can't say that I would go out of my way to recommend this book to anyone, but now I feel like I need to read the second book to see if I can figure out what the heck is going on!
