Everything's Coming Up Rosie by Courtney Walsh
4.0
funny hopeful inspiring lighthearted medium-paced

Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Yes

The narrator was an excellent choice to tell this story. She fit the role of Rosie and brought the story to life.

Our main character feels like she is failing at life in her late 20s and wonders if she should change direction. Her friends seem to be thriving, but her career has taken a hit and she doesn't have any job prospects. That is until she is offered the job to direct a play in a retirement community.

This story has a variety of characters, young and old. Each one has their own story to tell and personal growth within the story. The author was able to give readers their story and show the reader character growth without it feeling like there were too many characters to care for or keep track of. I also enjoyed the banter between the main character and the love interest.

This is a clean romance, friends to lovers story. It is a heartwarming story that teaches us about the importance of friendship and chasing our dreams.

Highly recommend checking out this audiobook when it releases in June.

Thank you Thomas Nelson and Zondervan Fiction Audio and NetGalley for the opportunity to listen to this ALC.
