ms clarice made me laugh out loud, gasp out loud, make faces at ulisses' man-ness, long for the sea, and invest actual interest in the question of god which otherwise typically bores me. lóri's ongoing apprenticeship is also ours, and the end made me want to flip back to the beginning to go through it all again.
