I love the prequel and the extra info on the girls before they were friends, as well as being able to read about them meeting for the first time. The one thing that’s off to me that kept getting brought up was that purple is for royalty, and as much as I enjoyed it, Massie discovered that in the first clique novel so it was slightly unrealistic that she wanted everything purple that long before when in the first novel she said she read in a magazine about the color purple. other than that great read!
