This is my first Ernaux. I didn’t know what to expect considering her being a Nobel Laureate.
I am v happy that I read her. Her prose is so simple yet exquisite and eloquent. There's emotions in every single line.
It felt like reading my own life. I believe that women around the world love in the same way. They give themselves to their men and their men become their world. Simple Passion is a manifesto of that theory. A woman loving>>>>>
