This is the first Lisa Unger book that has disappointed me. I usually find Lisa Unger's books entertaining and fun but this novel was a bit boring. Some of the plots and characters should not have even been used/introduced, there were plot holes and it felt like a copout.Also the haunted island/resort trope could have been used in a scary and depthful way, but it missed the mark.So many missed opportunities.
