I really enjoyed this book. There was a nostalgic way the story was told. All the parts of not wanting to grow up, wishing you could go back to being a kid, wanting the comfort you had then. It was painfully relatable and comforting in a way. This book was deeply depressing but so worth reading. Seeing the point of view of Sigrid’s sister was so good. Life of a person who grew up in a small down being queer, having basic empathy for situations even if they don’t involve you, feeling forever alone and constantly questioning is speaking up with worth the argument it will inevitably be.
