This was my first Amy Harmon book several years ago and it felt right heading into September to revisit Ambrose, Fern, and Bailey’s story. If you were a teen during 9/11 and grew up in the events following, be prepared to relive your own memories. Such a beautiful story of friendship, love, and hope.
Moderate: Grief, Medical trauma
Minor: Physical abuse, Sexual content, Violence, Abandonment
