Dark Places by Gillian Flynn
4.5
• I like that this book wasn't about the simple mystery of whether or not the man jailed for these crimes actually did it - it's about the mystery of both Libby and Ben, the uncovering of them as people and the uncovering of the life that led up to their family's deaths
• I've always loved Flynn's narrative voice, she had a tone to all her work that's so identifiable and interesting to me, it makes reading her works fun
