A Fine Imitation
by Amber Brock
A lovely escapist story into the 1920s. Vera Longacre is seriously upper class New York, trapped in a marriage made for society reasons. The novel alternates to her younger years at Vassar and a classmate she befriended. What I liked best about this was the view of how the other side lives, with the firm rules, the full staff, and the expectations.
