I just cannot give these books 5 starts. They hold such a special space in my heart!!

I absolutely loved the storyline in this one. Maybe I’m a sucker for a

love

story, who knows. And omg, the art! I can never get over the art!!

It did get really sad when Emanon (Ema) gave birth and lost herself, even though I knew it’d happen and really hoped it wouldn’t so the feelings were strong but maaaan, finding out that Ryozo took things into his own hands and revived the carries is such a green flag!!
