Very foodie, very Kansas City, very horny, very sweet, very dorky. The opening cooking scenes had me hooked and craving Persian food and wine throughout. Loved the friendships and the characters were endearing, from their love of Muppets and video game soundtracks to the way they show up for their communities. Needed a rom-com to break up some heavier reading and this was a winner!
