Hey, Sarge, remember me?

Holly Jackson really knows how to play with her readers’ emotions because I was completely on edge reading this final book! This is arguably much slower-paced than the first two books in the trilogy, but I blindly went into this that there is so much to unpack. Buried secrets of the past finally came into full circle and it was so incredibly thrilling to read. Hippo Pippo really took A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder (quite literally), so the ending left me so freakishly dazed. It’s such a carefully constructed story that went against all ods with both the law (if you know, you know) and my sanity. This book had the perfect touch of creepy with bittersweet ending to Team Pip and Ravi. I never thought a murder mystery book would be so exhilarating but Holly served!
