This is one of my favorite series. Keera is in my top 5 of favorite characters. I’m not surprised this was my first 5 star read of the year. I don’t want to go into too much detail because I like my reviews to be spoiler free. I will say the stakes are so high in this one and things from the earlier books come into play big time here. The cast of characters are some of my favorites I love them all. They all are dealing with what happened at the end of book three and how to continue. Blair has such a way with characters and making them feel human, multidimensional, and flawed. Like they all feel real even if they are a magical race. I tend to be extra hard on finales because I feel like they always let me down but when I say I have no notes for this one and loved it exactly how it is, I’m being completely honest. This series will stay with me forever and I definitely see myself rereading it.
