I don't know what took me so long to get into this book but man did I fly through it once I got started! I pretty much read this in one sitting. I had read maybe a few chapters a few weeks ago and then just sat down and read this on a Sunday and stayed up until 2am to finish it! I was slightly disappointed in the ending which is why it gets 4 stars and not 5, but it did make sense and it was a good twist. I was just a little skeptical. The drama and the suspense was unending though and I really loved it!

* SPOILERS ABOUT ENDING! IT WILL ABSOLUTELY RUIN THE BOOK FOR YOU!

Ok, my first question is how ON EARTH did he kill Ben and "replace" him without any of Ben's friends and family noticing? Did no one else on the island know him? Because the people from that should should have known him and how would they not be able to tell it wasn't Ben? Unless he just made sure not to invite anyone that knew who Ben was? Who knows. ALSO....who doesn't check a pulse?!?! Didn't the first time Ben/Tom had an allergic reaction his face got red and swollen? So if that killed him, they should have noticed he wasn't red or swollen or idk, had a pulse? That was the biggest thing that wasn't believable to me. Maybe that's just because I work in medicine so checking a pulse and evidence of an allergic reaction seems like the obvious first things to do.

I also just wish it weren't Ben/Tom but realistically it makes the most sense. There were so many things pointing towards T.J. I kind of wanted T.J. to be the crazy one at times, but I get that he was way too obvious of a suspect for it to actually be him. I also kind of wanted it to be Minnie who just went crazy on everyone. But, alas, it was Tom avenging his sister. I did love all the eggs/hints Tom dropped. Oh! and the fact that he had to think quick because Meg outsmarted him on checking the internet! She almost ruined everything!
