Lauren has done it again!
Lauren just gets it, I mean it when I say, every single book of hers is so good! Dahlia and Julian were so perfect. I was absolutely hooked from the start.
The way Julian described her…
“Like the tide with the moon, I’m unable to resist Dahlia’s gravitational pull.”
Obsessed is the understatement of the year. This book has just become my entire personality.
One thing I truly loved was I how Dahlia’s mental health struggles were talked about and acknowledged. She had such a great support system I was beaming. As for Julian, where do I begin. He might be my favorite Lauren Asher mmc…Rafa tho, I’m excited sooo excited for his book. Back to Dahlia and Julian tho… the communication! We love to see it.
I cannot process the amount of emotions that I felt in this book. One thing for sure is that I loved it. Every second and every page. This second chance romance was done absolutely right. Don’t even get me started on Rosa and Josefina. What I’d do to hear one of their conversations, I adored them. They are the best menaces ever!!!!
Long story short, I adored this book… the characters were great… and it was just perfect. An easy five stars!
