While there were some really beautifully introspective and profound moments, overall this dragged. I almost DNFed at 50 pages. But from page 60 to 150 was great. But the ending dragged. So excellent concept and characters but the execution didn’t quite work for me.
Graphic: Domestic abuse, Drug abuse, Emotional abuse
Moderate: Addiction, Homophobia, Transphobia, Suicide attempt
Minor: Racism, Rape, Grief, Colonisation
