Pain in the Axe

✨ARC Review✨
When the Hebert brothers decided to sell their family's company in order to save it, the last thing they expected to hear from the woman who bought it was that she's Gus’s ex-wife.
The amount of satisfaction Chloe LeBlanc got from seeing Gus Hebert’s face when she walked in the room to finalize the purchase of Hebert Timber was unmatched. She’d been waiting years for this feeling & fully intends to make Gus miserable as punishment for hurting her all those years ago.
When she & Gus can’t seem to ignore the level of insane chemistry that they have when they’re around each other they wind up having an incredible night which leads to a big surprise for them both.
Oh dear lord how I LOVED Gus in this story!! He really started to find himself & realized that he had never truly lived his live for HIM & although Chloe coming back was to torture him he doesn’t mind a bit. Chloe seems like such a hard shelled person on the outside but on the inside she FEELS more than most people & getting to see Gus take care of her when she’s so independent is just *chef’s kiss*
.
LOVED this book
