One of my book groups recommended Ring Shout for a good Halloween read and I am so glad I picked it up. Ring Shout is full of gore, demons, and a strong cast of female girls that have no problem kicking ass.
Ring Shout is about 3 female demon hunters that are on a mission to stop each one. I love the concept of this novella because it is an interesting alternative history, and I found the plot to be unique. I love the female empowerment and seeing these girls go up against very bad odds and still come out swinging with all they have.
I highly recommend Ring Shout to any fans of alternative history, any horror fans, or anyone looking for an interesting and/or quick read for spooky season.
