Lose the Clutter, Lose the Weight: The Six-Week Total-Life Slim Down by Peter Walsh

3.0

I don't have clutter, and I'm not overweight. I read this book because I love this genre (can we call it a genre yet?) and the Marie Kondo movement. This title emphasised mindful consumption of all kinds. The division between various concepts was fascinating, e.g. scales of whether a person consumes too much, or instead, cannot let go. It wasn't a punitive "it's all your fault" kind of a text, but acknowledged the culture(s) of consumption.
