I am really enjoying this Chase Brothers series,
We first met Shane in book 1, and I have to say, he was quick an ass in that one.
I liked how we got to see deeper than the arrogant womaniser we met in the first book.
Cassie turns his head the minute she moves into town, and he doesn't want it any other way.
I adored Cassie - stronger than she thinks she is after all she has been through, but I could completely understand her hesitance around not just Shane but men in general.
Shane's mother is a hoot, and I love the banter between all the Chase Brothers and their women and friends around them.
At times I felt that the story was a little bit rushed, but not so bad that it took too much away from enjoying the story.
Now I need to get onto the next book.
