I can't believe how easily I was sucked back into this world of Del Toro's, thanks to Luis Avila's amazing narration that made me stop other things that I was doing (#sorrynotsorry work) so that I could hear this story. I loved the additional interludes that Funke provided of the main cast that gave some great backstory that is not in the film.
A fantastic book that kept the same wonder and magic from the film. Definitely will look into more audiobooks from Avila and work from Funke in the future1
