This is another perfectly serviceable murder mystery set in the 1980s from Richard Coles that I whipped through in two days. However that isn’t a ringing endorsement because my speed was less because I couldn’t put it down and more because most of the characters were annoying me and I just wanted to see how it was going to end. And ending which I found threadbare and mildly unsatisfying. I won’t be deliberately seeking any more of the Cannon Clement series out but (like this did) one appears as a 99p kindle deal then I’d dive back in.
