Oooh....and people thought that Bella and Edward's relationship was unhealthy!!! I spent most of this book wanting to smack this ignorant girl into next week. She is the epitome of the slasher movie girl. I found myself screaming things like "Don't go into that room! Are you stupid?!" Regardless, I kept on reading, because what the author gets totally and completely right is the asshole hottie that apparently has some noble awesomesauce welling up inside him. I fell for it, and by the end of the book, I didn't care about the girl's safety. I just wanted her to get it on with the supernatural bad boy. Geez. Maybe the 2nd book will make me care about her again.
