A Prince So Cruel by Ingrid Seymour

4.0

*I received an Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) of A Prince So Cruel by Ingrid Seymour in exchange for an honest review.*

I really enjoyed this book. A Prince So Cruel (APSC) was a quick read, not a very large story but the structure, meat, and bones were there for something that I think can be great in the sequel and any other books in this story.

A brief overview of APSC: Daniella otherwise known as Dani is our Female Main Character (FMC) who is in her mid twenties, a healer in her world, and otherwise nothing special. Kalyll is our blue haired Fae Male Main Character (MMC) who has his group of friends (think of the Inner Circle in ACOTAR) kidnap Daniella while she is shopping.

The first half of the story is Dani trying to figure out why she was kidnapped and how to get away from these people and get back to her patients who need her in her world. The second half of the book is when Kalyll deems Dani worthy of some knowledge of their journey and why Daniella is so important to him.

Throw in a small spice scene, enemies to lovers, a quest for answers and to break a curse, and betrayal and you've got a really fun story.

A Prince So Cruel ends on a cliffhanger that leaves you wanting more so be prepared.
