If 2+2=4 and 5+5=10... then what the f*ck was this?!? I tried so hard to like this book since it is the fourth and final in the series. It just felt wrong to have two-thirds of the main characters from the previous books basically written off. The character we were left with whined through ten anticlimactic tiers in the afterlife.
