This was so lovely, and I enjoyed it so much more than I thought I would. The story pulled me in right away, and especially toward the end, I couldn't put it down, while simultaneously wanting to savor the story. There is not an insignificant amount of tragedy in the story, but it also is full of lush, hot, vibrant summer vibes.
