I am well and truly in my romance era and I read this because I wanted a fluffy romance. It gave so much more. I came for the Christmas vibes and spice but stayed for the wonderful plot!

Kallum Lieberman is an ex-boyband member turned pizza shop owner and is about to star in a festive themed spicy romance movie on new channel, Hope After Dark. Starring alongside him will be former child star Winnie Baker, making her comeback following her separation from her husband.

These two could not be more different. Kallum is the very proud owner of a sex tape and has a bit of a playboy reputation, whereas Winnie had a strict religious upcoming, met her husband at a young age and is a little naïve in some ways. Winnie asks Kallum for some help with scenes and the two develop a relationship of sorts.

There was so much I loved about this book. It was packed full of characters and each and every one had a very developed personality that shone through in every scene. I enjoyed the development of Kallum and Winnie's relationship but also their own personal developments. Yes, there is a decent amount of spice and although it had one trope that probably wouldn't be my favourite (I won't add it here as it is a spoiler!), it was written so well and brought a lot to the story.

A gorgeous read!
