I received an eARC for an honest review

To start of, make sure to read "Ever Word You Never Said" first. I'm sure this is enjoyable without previous knowledge from that book but this novella will be a lot more fun with that info and background.
For me it was great to revisit two of my favorite characters and being able to just spend a little bit more time with them enjoying them being together.

And oh gosh this was adorable! This came in right when I was at my boyfriends place and I marathoned it in one go while being cuddled up to him and it was the best!
This graphic novella was full of adorable moments making me squeal out loud (to my boyfriends distress). It is filled with pure fluff and happiness and that is something that is absolutely the best from time to time. I loved how nothing intense happened and everyone was simply happy. Yeah drama can be fun and it was great in EWYNS, but I need my gays to be simply happy from time to time too okay?

As Sky is nonverbal this graphic novella changes up the way speech-bubbles get used to show his different forms of communicating. It uses different fonts and bubble styles for each way he might speak. I loved how this was done with a very simple system but at the same time a very clear system too. If Sky were to use ASL the panel would sometimes show him making one of the signs as well. I really liked how this was included.

So if you are not ready to leave Sky and Jacob behind, love heartstopper like comics and some winter holiday fun make sure to check it out!
