Very boring. 

Seneca's "on the shortness of life" touches on similar subjects and it’s way better, in my opinion.

Also, this quote didn’t sit well with me: "Those who hide women behind a mask of make-up do less harm, since it is not much of a loss not to see them as they are by nature."
